"The bokashi workshop is excellent value and great fun to boot! You get a video showing the theory and then Jacqui gives a demo of making up the mix. The fun part is when you get to create your own mix. This involves hand stirring about 3 month's supply of bran, molasses, water and the magic ingredient 'EM' together in a large tub (in the right order!) and then packing it in an airtight black bag. Not only do you get the instruction and hands-on practice but Jacqui supplies yummy refreshments too. All in all, an excellent workshop."
